According to Professor Dr Ulrich Hackenburg who is a Board member for technical development at Audi the new Audi R8 V10 plus is the most powerful and fastest series production Audi of all time.
The Audi R8 is of lightweight construction with a dry weight of 1454kg. The design reflects the powerful sporty character of the R8 with this model being flat, wide and mascular. In the interior the drive feels like they are in a race car with most important controls important controls grouped together in button clusters on the steering wheel.
